The Theatre's Mission Statement is central to all the activity of the Board of Directors and Staff.  All of their actions and work should reflect Kincaid Regional Theatre's mission and similarly, those actions should be judged by the extent to which they help the Theatre carry out its mission.

Within this framework, it is the mission of Kincaid Regional Theatre to:

Provide musical and comedy entertainment of the highest quality to the surrounding areas of Northern and Central Kentucky as well as southeastern Indiana and Southwest Ohio, and in doing this, affirm its commitment to artisitc excellence, and the advancement of the theatre arts.

• Promote the commitment of both fiscal and creativecommunity resources, seeking talented and dedicated participation from individulals from all walks of life.
• Involve the business community, civic associations, and community leadership.  
• Seek appropriate liaison with the drama department of Northern Kentucky University and other institutions.
• Develop a working relationship with other theatre's in the area with the goal of exchaging ideas.
• Emphasize youth participation, theatre arts educations, and arts awareness.
• Foster the growth of regional and local artistic talent.
• Educate, train, develop and retain the qualified staff, paid and volunteer, necessary to achieve its goals and objectives.
